| CARROZZE UIC-X RISTORO TIPO 1964 E 1970A cavallo degli anni 60-70, le FS realizzarono delle carrozze UIC-X nelle quali, abolendo degli scompartimenti, era ricavato un comparto ristoro ad uso dei passeggeri. Furono realizzate complessivamente 90 unità di questo tipo, classificate BRz25800-839 (40, a. 1966-68); BRz25900-929 (30, a. 1966-67) del tipo UIX-X 1964 e 51 83 85-70 000-019 BRz (20, a. 1973-74) del tipo UIC-X 1970. Lunghe 26.400 mm., montano carrelli MD50 (1964) e MdFd3 (1970), abilitate alla velocità di 160 km/h. Al 31.12.2005 risultavano in inventario ancora 6 di queste carrozze: 50 83 21-78 983 BR (1964); 51 83 85-70 101-104 BR (2 - 1964); 51 83 85-70 000-019 BR (3 - 1970). |

| CARROZZE RISTORANTE TEE 1969Costruite nel 1972 a servizio dei prestigoosi convogli TEE in 5 unità, classificate 61 83 88-90 900-904 Rz. Lunghe 26.400 mm., montano carrelli F7195 e sono abilitate ai 200 km/h. La 904 è andata distrutta in un incendio ed è stata sostituita dalla 905 derivata dalla trasformazione della ristorante Gran Comfort 88-98 011. Ne' circolano ancora 5, classificate 61 83 88-90 900-905 WR. |

| CARROZZE RISTORANTE GRAN COMFORT 1970Costruite nel 1972-74 in 21 unità da inserire nelle composizioni "Bandiera" con le carrozze Gran Comfort. Originariamente classificate 50 83 88-98 000-020 Rz, hanno le stesse caratteristiche costruttive della ristorante TEE. Nè sono in servizio 20, 50 83 88-98 000-020 WR. La 011 è stata trasfrmata in 905 TEE. |

| CARROZZE SELF SERVICE TIPO 1971, 1979 E 1983Le prime Self Service vennero realizzate in 20 esemplari negli anni 1974-75, classificate 50 83 88-98 100-119 WRz. Tutte le self service delle tre serie hanno le medesime caratteristiche costruttive delle ristorante Gran Comfort. Nel periodo 1994-2000 sono state trasformate in Snack-bar e abilitate al servizio internazionale (esclusa la 108) assumendo la classificazione 61 83 88-90 100-118 WR (19). La serie 1979 nasce negli anni 1980-81, anche questa in 20 esemplari con numerazione progressiva alla precedente 120-139 WRz. Nel 2000 sono state trasformate in ristorante e abilitate al servizio internazionale con marcatura 61 83 88-90 150-170 WR. La terza serie di self service nasce negli anni 1985-1986, soliti 20 esemplari, già abilitati al servizio internazionale. Queste carrozze, che hanno sempre mantenuto la marcatura d'origine 61 83 88-90 000-019 WR, verranno trasformate in BRH ed inserite nelle composizioni EurostarCity. Della serie 150-170 risultano noleggi alla società Cisalpino e Artesia |

| CARROZZE RISTORANTE GRAN COMFORT 1983Ultime giunte nel panorama delle carrozze ristorante italiane in due ordinazioni tra il 1986 e il 1990. Sono abilitate al servizio internazionale, montano carrelli F7195 e possono viaggiare a 200 km/h. . Sono 20 unità, classificate 61 83 88-90 800-809 WR (10) e 61 83 88-90 810-819 WR (10), queste ultime sono munite dall'origine della condotta a 78 poli per essere inserite in convogli a composizione bloccata reversibili. |

| CARROZZA "PIZZA EXPRESS" TEE 1969Sperimentazione unica, la Pizza express è derivata dalla carrozza furgone 61 83 95-90 903 per treni TEE del 1969. Praticamente non è mai stata usata in servizio ma solo in composizione a treni straordinari ed occasionali. E' classificata 61 83 88-90 999 WR, realizzata nel 1998. |
